The product itself is great. No complaints there. The hat was and is in great condition and is great quality. My only complaint is I paid $32 for expedited shipping on July 21st, and product was not received until the 6th of August. I was made to believe that paying extra for expedited shipping, I would receive the product within 1-5 business days. However it took 12 business days. Which is the the only reason I am giving my experience such a low rating. The only reason a refund was not requested based off this experience is because I wanted I to qualify for the draw. Will not order again because of such experience
